Using the suspension key closest to you, turn the key clockwise until you can remove the suspension key from the headband. Again, reinsert the removed suspension key into one of the three vertical adjustment holes. Turn the suspension key counterclockwise until it gets back into its prior position.

Before going any further, ensure that both the adjusted suspension keys are inserted at the same height level adjustment hole on each side of the suspension.
